Your confidence and satisfaction with Melanated82 is very important to us which is why we offer a 30-day refund policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your items to request a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is properly returned to us.
Items are only eligible for a return if they are in the same condition as they were originally received in., They should be unopened and unused in their original packaging with the seal intact.

When returning your item, please retain your proof of postage for your records. All refunds and exchanges will be processed withing 5-7 business days of receiving your item. Please note that we do not reimburse the cost of returning your items to us.
A refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original order. If your card details have changed, it is your responsibility to inform us before the refund is requested.
If the return is due to administrative error, product damage, or by our delivery partners in transit, we will replace the item at no extra cost or offer a full refund plus delivery cost if preferred.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Please include photographs showing the damage so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the damage.
Maximum refund value
In cases of non-delivery or damage to an item we will offer an exchange or full refund including shipping cost. We cannot refund your customs or duty/taxes paid so please contact the courier company to submit a claim. We cannot offer any further compensation for delays, reactions, or errors beyond our control.
Used products
Used products are nonrefundable except in cases where it is agreed that the product is demonstrably faulty or if there is an unavoidable and verified reaction that has occurred within the 30 days period. Please discontinue use and seek medical advice.
Unused products
Products that are unused and older than 30 days past the original delivery date are nonrefundable. Items that are returned to sender but did not arrive back at our warehouse are nonrefundable.
We cannot refund missing items due to customer providing inadequate or incorrect delivery address details at the time of purchase or not paying the required customs taxes/duties.
We cannot refund shipping fees where the order delivery failed due to the recipient not collecting the parcel in time after missing the delivery. If the item address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect or the customer is refusing to pay the required customs/duties fees.
Exchange and Refund process

- Please ensure that the items you wish to return are securely packed.
- When sending your item/s back to us, where possible please use the tracked and insured option. Please note, we are not responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost packages.
- Once your return has been received by us, we will send you an email conformation to let you know that we have received your item.
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. You will receive an email conformation once your return has been processed. Please note, shipping fees are nonrefundable.
- Melanated82 is not responsible for the duties and taxes collected by international governments on orders received, therefore we do not reimburse for these expenses.
